Briozoos intermareales (Ctenostomida, Cheilostomida) de la zona de Aramar (Luanco, Asturias)

Abstract

Intertidal Bryozoans (Ctenostomida, Cheilostomida) from the Aramar zone (Luanco, Asturias)
This is a checklist of the intertidal Bryozoans coilected at Luanco, near Cabo Peñas (Asturias, Northern Spain). Thirty three species have been found, 17 recorded for the first time on the Asturian coast, and one for the first time on the Cantabrian coast. Four species are specially studied due to their peculiar characteristics. The substrata of the colonies are also described.
