A histological study of the telson of the scorpion Buthus occitanus Amoreux (1789) in its first stage (Scorpiones, Buthidae)
It describes the telson histology of the first-stage scorpion B. occitanus Amoreux (1789), comparing it with that of the adult scorpions. At that stage, the venomous dand has two compact glandular loves without apocrine secretory cytofuncionality. There are not many muscular grooved fibres.
