Resum

The moss nematofauna from material collected in the Rumanian area of the Carpathian Mountains has been studied. Samples were collected during the summer of 1979 by the members of the Expedition of the Etnological Museum of Barcelona. The nematic species found are usual forms of the typical mediterranean bryophilic microfauna. 42% of this nematofauna are bryofageous forms (Dorylaimoidea) and the rest are phytodetritic and saprobiontic forms (Arawlaimoidea, Tylenchoidea and Rhabditoidea); the predaceus forms (Tripyloidea and Mononchoidea) are absent. 11 species are present in total. The dominant species are Tylenchus davainei (16%), Eurodylaimus bryophilus (16%), Eurodylaimus carteri (14%) and Plectus cirratus (10%).
